Healthy Meal Plan

 

Early Morning- 1 glass Luke warm water with lemon

Breakfast  –  1 cup sprouts/  1 cup  oats / 1 cup poha / 1 cup vermicelli / 1 cup upma

+ 1 cup skimmed  milk

Or Egg white Omelette or scrambled egg + 1 slice brown bread + 1 cup skimmed milk

Mid Morning- 1 seasonal fruits ( Apple / papaya / Guava / Pear / peach )

 

Lunch- 1 cup salads with 2 multi grain Chapati/ 1 serving rice  + 1 katori dal + 1 serving dry veg. + 1 cup curd plain

1 cup green salads + Brown Rice 1 cup+ Chicken(100 gm) + Mixed Vegetables 1/2 cup

 

Evening – 1 cup tea with 2 marie Biscuits or roasted chane or diet namkeen or 1 serving fruit chat

 

Dinner – 1 cup salads + 2 missi roti + 1 katorighia or green leafy veggies

1 missi chapatti + Fish curry ( 50 gm) + vegetable Raita 1 small bowl
