Ingredients for Egg White Omelette Recipe
- Eggs – 4
- Onion- ½ cup chopped
- Tomato- 1/2 cup chopped
- Carrot – 1/6 cup
- Bell pepper- 1/8 cup
- Ginger – 1 inch piece
- Green chilli -1 tbsp.
- Button mushrooms -1
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Olive Oil – 1 tbsp.
Method
Heat a nonstick skillet on a medium heat, about 3 minutes.
Now in a medium bowl, vigorously whisk the egg whites with the salt and pepper, using a spatula, mix the onions and tomato, carrot, bell pepper into the egg whites.
