Almond milk prepared from almond. Almond milk has a creamy texture and nutty taste. It’s a low in calorie and full of vitamins and minerals such as A, D, E, and calcium. Magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron and phosphorous. The fat in almond milk is heart healthy bcoz it contains monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Almond milk is also a good alternative to cow’s, buffalo’s milk. This is why almond milk is recommended as a good option for those who don’t any form of dairy products.

Recipe

Soak 10-12 almonds overnight and discard the water next morning. Add 1 glass of filter water .blend it in a high speed .strain it in a strainer.
