Strawberry Chia Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2tsp chia seeds
1/3tsp organic honey (optional)
In a blender add unsweetened Almond milk.
Add fresh strawberry, apple and chia seeds.
Now blend all the ingredients together.
