Healthy Breakfast  Apple Pomegranate Cinnamon Smoothie 

Recipe

Ingredients-

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 Medium apple

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp. cinnamon

½ tsp ground flaxseeds

1 cup fresh pomegranate juice

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend for approximately 2-3 mins. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. Serve immediately

Apple-

Apple is full of nutrients. Sweet apples are also a source of vitamins and minerals for us. The nutrients present in it can eliminate many diseases. Apple is the result of fiber, so fiber in it is also found in good quantity. By eating an apple, the digestive system is also right. It is also a good anti-oxidant that helps in removing diseases related to diabetes, cancer, and brain. Solubility silk fiber is found which reduces cholesterol. It keeps the immune system strong and it helps in losing weight.

Flaxseeds-

For vegetarians, this is a very good source of omega-3 fatty acids. It contains Alpha linoleic acids. It should be taken through food. It contains Fiber, proteins, vitamin B complex, manganese, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and selenium and omega-3 fats.

Cinnamon -Cinnamon is a natural digestion that helps digest food. It improves the health of the stomach. Greek yogurt –

It contains probiotic cultures. It is a great for weight control because it keeps you feel hungry.

Pomegranate-

Pomegranates have anti-oxidant such as polyphenols and anthocyanins, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory property. Pomegranates are a good source of fiber as well as vitamins A, C, some B vitamins and minerals such as calcium, potassium, and iron. It helps to keep your system under control, it has a healthy amount of fiber, it controls weight loss, boost the immune system and cholesterol levels.

Almond Milk –

Almonds contain less fat, but with high levels of energy, protein, lipid, and fiber, it contains minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc. Other nutrients available in this milk include vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate and Vitamin E.  It can be used in homes; this milk is prepared by grinding almond with water. Almond milk includes weight loss, stronger bones, improvement of vision, and a healthy heart. It also helps in building strong muscles, maintaining blood pressure and kidney function. The use of almond milk regularly is less calorie than dairy milk. There is very little sugar in it.
