  • Lunch – 1/2 cup Dhal(properly cooked) + 1.5 cup rice + 1/2 cup Palak subji+ 1/2 cup Buttermilk.
  • Evening – 1 cup boiled channa.
  • Dinner – Wheat dosa 3 + 1/2 cup Bitter guard subji.

Day 3

  • Breakfast – 4 Idli + Sambar 1/2 cup/ 1 table spoon Green chutney/ Tomato Chutney

Post Covid I was diagnosed with diabetes and I tried all sorts of ayurvedic and allopathy treatments, however nothing worked for me. My fasting glucose had crossed 300 mg/dl which was alarming.
