Start your morning with the morning drink. Make the morning drink with lemon juice and honey in warm money for the first week. Pre-Breakfast Snack

Pre-Lunch

You should take your pre-lunch diet on around 11 am if you are taking your breakfast at 9 am in the morning. In pre-launch, you can add fruits but except banana for the first seven days. Lunch Diet

Take your evening refreshment by around 4 pm to 4:30 pm. Only take one cup of tea without milk and sugar. Add only 2 cream cracker biscuits. This is for the first 7 days. For the next 7 days, take a handful of corns, boiled chana with lemon but no salt or you can also take the same as for the first 7 days.

Meal Plan For Pre-Dinner

Take your pre-dinner meal at 7 pm. For the first 7 days, take ½ cup of sprouted chickpeas with lemon juice but no salt or can take ½ cup of vegetable soup with lots of ginger and pepper

Dinner plan

Do not take your dinner later than 8:30 pm. The plan for the first days are

  • 1 chapatti or ½ cup of rice.
  • ½ bowl of vegetables that should be cooked in less oil.

For the next days, take 1 bowl vegetable salad only made up of broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots along with the egg white of 1 boiled egg.

Drink For Pre-Bed

Take ½ cup of aloe vera juice, ½ spoon of ginger juice, and a dash of lemon. Drink this drink before 1 hour going to the bed. This is for the first 7 days.
