Chickpeas are a good source of packed protein dietary fiber, folate and manganese. These nutrients are important for the nourishment of the body. Which makes them a filling food that may help lower appetite.

1small cup chickpeas
1/2 chopped onion
1cup color bell pepper like – green, yellow &red
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 tsp green chili
1 tsp chopped garlic
4-5 fresh coriender leaves chopped
1 tsp oregano
Salt &pepper as per taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
Soak the chickpeas overnight
Wash &boil them for 15- 20 mints.
Once they are soft, strain them with strainer &keep them aside
Chop veggies in a small pieces
Take a bowl &mix chickpeas with chopped veggies .pour the dressing over the chickpeas mixture.
Sprinkle salt, pepper & coriender leaves .
Toss well.
And serve it.
